To schedule a pick up for your Spark, Insignia or Memotain submissions, go to our customized UPS page by clicking the link below:
Fill in your practice information, weight of shipment and click Process Shipment. Processed shipments are picked up the following business day between 9:00 – 17:00.
*Please note, 3 pick-up attempts will be made in consecutive business days.
