Biographie

Dr. Frost received his dental degree at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and practiced general dentistry for 5 years – two with his father and three in his own office. Following a one-year fellowship in temporomandibular joint dysfunction, he completed a two-year residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at the University of Rochester. Dr. Frost practices in Mesa, Arizona. He is currently a part-time associate clinical professor at the University of the Pacific orthodontic program and has lectured on the Damon system at several Damon Forums and other Ormco-sponsored events, including the national American Association of Orthodontists annual session and component meetings and his own Damon in-office seminars. By his peers, Dr. Frost has been named one of Phoenix’s top orthodontists for the periods of 2004-2006 and 2008-2010.

Biographie

A diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Bicknell earned his DDS and completed a residency in orthodontics from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he also received a MS in oral biology. Now in private practice, he is a former clinical instructor at the university and continues his involvement there by lecturing to dental students and orthodontic residents throughout the year. He is active in his local community where he supports many organizations.

• Part of the top 25% of the profession to become certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, and has even re-certified.
• One of two orthodontists in North Carolina to be a part of Damon’s Mentor Program. This allows orthodontists from the Southeast to visit the office and shadow Dr. Bo to learn about state-of-the-art technology and techniques regarding the Damon system.
• Lectures nationally on the Damon systemand was recognized with a team of others around the world for a Rising Star Program with Ormco. On the Ormco Insider’s Group Product Development Team where he meets with top clinicians from around the world to discuss product research and development.
